The Service provides tools and content related to BaZi, I Ching, Feng Shui, and the Chinese Zodiac, including charts, readings, and optional paid "Deep Decision" deep readings.

All readings, charts, interpretations, and content are provided for informational, cultural, and entertainment purposes only. They are based on traditional Chinese metaphysical systems and are not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Always seek a qualified professional for important decisions. We make no representation that any reading is accurate, predictive, or fit for any particular purpose.

3. Accounts

• You may use some tools as a guest. To save charts or make purchases, you create an account using Google sign-in or an email one-time code.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
• You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

4. Payments

• Certain features (such as Deep Decision deep readings) are available for a one-time fee. Prices and the product description are shown at the point of purchase.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable processor’s terms.
• You authorize us and our processor to charge the amount shown for the purchase you select.

5. Refunds

Because some purchases deliver a digital reading immediately, all sales may be final except as required by law or as expressly stated here. Where a deep reading fails to be generated or delivered, our system supports an automated refund of that purchase. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will review your request.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with, overload, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content except as expressly permitted.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. The inputs you provide and the charts you save remain yours; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service and generate your results.
